Barefoot Resort Bridge Road turns to 46th Avenue North in North Myrtle Beach, where it crosses North Kings Highway, and provides direct access to the beach. The Barefoot Resort area is located in the southern end of North Myrtle Beach and, for the most part, behind Barefoot Landing.
