Grande Dunes Homes for Sale

More often than not, when individuals think of luxury homes in Myrtle Beach, their mind goes to the name Grande Dunes. The Grande Dunes is truly unique in that it offers more amenities than any other “master-planned” community in Myrtle Beach. It truly has something for everyone in this extraordinary gated community on the north end of Myrtle Beach. For the avid golfer, the Grande Dunes has, not one, but two, award winning golf courses.  If tennis and exercise are high on your list of priorities, try the state of the art Tennis and Fitness Center. You can swim in the pool, participate in weight or cardiovascular training, or take tennis lessons by USTA certified pros at what the S.C. Tennis Association has named the “Tennis Club of the Year.” The Tennis Club showpieces a 5,000 square foot facility, a pro shop fully stocked for your tennis needs, and 10 lighted Har-Tru courts.  If you would prefer to take your yacht out for a ride in the Intracoastal Waterway, that’s always an option. Grande Dunes features 1,200 linear feet of lay along floating docks and 126 wet slips complimented by state of the art floating docks. The Marina at Grande Dunes can accommodate boats or yachts up to approximately 1200 feet in length.

Grande Dunes is also known for its numerous, elegant dining options. Some of Myrtle Beach’s upscale dining options are a part of the Grande Dunes area, including WaterScapes at the Marina Inn, the Ocean Club restaurant, Ruth’s Chris Steak House, Indo at Grande Dunes Village, and more. Reflections at Grande Dunes is a lovely experience for individuals interested in a variety of cocktails or fine wines. The Members Club and the Resort Club are wonderful options for residents and members looking to entertain their guests at a private function.

Although the amenities at the Grande Dunes are reason enough to reside there, the homes offer luxury and comfort to be recognized in Myrtle Beach. The homes range in style from raised beach homes, to Mediterranean style, ranch style, traditional, or contemporary. Prices also vary greatly starting in the low 400′s and increasing all the way to 5 million or more. Homes are often grand in size starting around 2000 square feet and increasing in size to more than 6000 heated square feet. Homesites are large and beautifully landscaped in this fairly new community, where many homes are newly constructed and most homes are younger than 10 years in age.

We look forward to helping you answer your questions about this lovely community and all it has to offer.
