The Dunes Club Homes
The Dunes Golf and Beach Club is known throughout the Grand Strand as one of the most sought after neighborhoods for home owners. One of the main reasons for wanting to buy a home in the Dunes Club is the multi award winning golf course. The course is known as one of the best golf courses in America and attracts visitors from all over the U.S., as well as other countries. The Dunes Club boasts a wonderful location east of Highway 17, very close to where Business and Bypass 17 merge. The Dunes Club is on the northern end of Myrtle Beach, making it extremely close to North Myrtle Beach and everything both cities has to offer. Restaurant Row and the Grand Strand Regional Medical Center are just a short drive away, as well as local shopping and entertainment venues. Of course, the amazing golf course and central location are only two of the reasons buyers choose The Dunes Club as their home. The proximity to the beach is another huge draw. Since the homes in this lovely gated community are east of Highway 17, they are just a short walk or drive to the beach, some homes even featuring ocean views.
Most of the homes in the Dunes Club average 3, 4, or 5 bedrooms and boast anywhere from around 2,000 to 5,000 heated square feet. Homes styles, like sizes, vary greatly and include styles such as raised beach homes, traditional, low country, and ranch style homes. Prices also vary, and increase with the size of the home and proximity to the ocean. Currently there are homes listed in this community starting at around $400,000 and increasing to around one million dollars, though other homes with higher prices exist within the community. Please take some time to look through the MLS listings currently listed in the Dunes Club and contact us with any questions you have about purchasing properties in this and neighboring communities.
